Paul S. Bradley, M.D. is a practicing Primary Care Physician and Obesity Specialist in Savannah, Georgia. For over 20 years now, he has been one of our nation’s foremost researchers in the field of obesity, weight loss, and weight management. In 2006, Dr. Bradley rallied a team of nearly sixty physicians, and together they founded Ourlife Health with the goal of transforming healthcare from the frontlines of what has become a national obesity crisis. A graduate of Tulane University and the Emory University School of Medicine, Dr. Bradley is also Professor of Internal Medicine at Mercer University’s School of Medicine.


Ourlife Health | Mary McCourt, FNPMary McCourt, FNP, BC, CDE
Mary McCourt is the Senior Nurse Practitioner for Ourlife Health. She has years of experience in the field of obesity, weight loss, and weight management and was a member and leader of the team of clinicians that founded OurSkinny, The Easiest Diet Ever. Mary received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Incarnate Word University and completed her post-Master’s work at Georgia Southern University. She is also a veteran of the United States Army, an AADE-Certified Diabetes Educator (specializing in advanced diabetes management), and she maintains a practice with Optim Medical Associates in Savannah Georgia.


Ourlife Health | Elizabeth Brennan, PA-CElizabeth Brennan, PA-C
Elizabeth Brennan is a native of Savannah, Georgia and a graduate of the University of Georgia. She received her Physician Assistant’s degree from George Washington University and worked for nine years in internal medicine with one of Savannah’s busiest practices before working with Dr. Bradley and his team at Ourlife Health and Optim Medical Associates. Currently a Physician Assistant with Dr. Corrine Howington at Low Country Dermatology, Elizabeth is a regular contributor to the “Get the Skinny” blog at
